1. About Our Service
RosCar Italy provides an online platform that allows users to search, compare, and book rental cars offered by third party rental companies. We do not own or operate the rental vehicles ourselves unless clearly stated otherwise. The rental agreement for the vehicle is concluded between the customer and the rental company that provides the selected vehicle.
2. Main Advantages of Our Platform
Depending on the selected offer and rental company, our platform may provide the following benefits:

- Unlimited mileage
- Free cancellation
These benefits apply only when they are clearly shown in the selected vehicle offer at the time of booking.
3. Booking Process
To rent a vehicle through RosCar Italy, the customer must select the rental location and return location, choose the vehicle type, select any additional options, provide the driver’s contact details, and confirm the booking by making the required prepayment.
Additional options may include:
- No deposit
- No credit card
- Insurance options
- Child seat
At the time of booking, the customer is usually required to pay 15% to 20% of the total booking amount. After successful booking, a voucher will be sent to the customer by email. The voucher will include booking details, instructions, and the contact information of the rental company.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required prepayment has been successfully received and a booking voucher has been issued by email. Customers are responsible for checking that all booking details in the voucher are correct.
5. Rental Providers
RosCar Italy cooperates with both international and local car rental companies. Each rental provider may have its own requirements, rules, insurance terms, fuel policy, mileage conditions, age restrictions, and driver document requirements.
By completing a booking, the customer also agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the selected rental provider.
6. Driver Requirements
The main driver must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. The driver must hold a valid driving license and any other documents required by the rental company at the time of vehicle pickup.
Some rental providers may require:
- A minimum driver age
- A minimum driving experience period
- A passport or national ID card
- An international driving permit where required
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure all required documents are available at pickup.
7. Payments
RosCar Italy may collect a prepayment of 15% to 20% during the booking process. The remaining balance, if applicable, is usually paid according to the terms of the selected rental provider.
Final payment conditions, accepted payment methods, and any extra charges are determined by the rental company and will depend on the selected offer.
8. No Deposit and No Credit Card Options
RosCar Italy offers selected vehicles that may be rented without a deposit and or without a credit card. These options are available only for offers where they are specifically indicated. Availability depends on the rental company, vehicle category, rental period, and location.
Even where no deposit or no credit card is required, the customer must still comply with all identification, payment, and rental conditions of the provider.
9. Unlimited Mileage
Some offers include unlimited mileage. This feature applies only when expressly stated in the selected vehicle offer. If unlimited mileage is not specified, mileage limits and extra distance charges may apply according to the rental provider’s rules.
10. Free Cancellation
Some bookings may include free cancellation. Free cancellation is available only when clearly stated in the selected offer and is subject to the cancellation conditions provided for that booking.
If cancellation is permitted, the refund amount and timing may depend on when the cancellation request is made and on the terms of the rental provider.
11. Pickup and Delivery
Vehicles may be available for pickup at airports, city locations, or by delivery to a hotel or another address in the city, depending on the rental provider’s services. Delivery availability, service areas, and extra fees, if any, will depend on the specific provider and booking conditions.
12. Prices and Availability
